My work is rooted in listening.
To the body, to cycles of time, to the subtle ways a life reorganizes itself when we stop trying to rush it.

I work with astrology, somatic (body) awareness, and facilitated reflection as living practices. These tools are not used to predict or fix, but to help people stay present during thresholds, initiations, and long stretches of becoming that do not offer quick clarity.

For many years, this work lived within a brick and mortar studio called Intent Space. It was a necessary container, a place where different threads could gather, be tested, and take shape. Over time, the work simplified itself. What remained was not a studio, not a brand, but a rhythm.

That rhythm now lives most clearly through Alchemy + Gold, a space devoted to live facilitation, seasonal attunement, and embodied inquiry. This is where my work is practiced in real time, in relationship, and over duration.

Alongside the Alchemy + Gold, I offer focused astrology readings for those seeking more individualized support.
